Celebrate the Wins – July

Celebrate the Wins – July

Going to kick off Celebrate the Wins July with my very own win which was somehow finding the courage to put a video on YouTube. You can read more about it here. July has mostly been a good month for me, and there were a few things I could have included, but that one seems like the biggest deal of the bunch!

Now, let’s get to some of your wonderful achievements!

Sarah:

3 weeks dairy-free and it has been tough but I feel so much better in myself. I am lactose intolerant so it’s definitely something I’ve needed to do for a while. (27th of June 2018)

Molly Wildsmith:

As someone who has a hard relationship with food, I have struggled a lot recently with binge eating and comfort eating junk food. Right now I can say that I’ve been eating healthy food and finally getting my diet back on track and back the way it’s supposed to be! It’s been 2 weeks now and I’ve never felt better! (28th of June 2018)

Glaiza Binayas:

I was on a reading slump last February until May. I seriously can’t be bothered to read a book. But this June, I read 3 books! 😍 I’m so happy I finally got out of my reading slump and now I’m only 10 books away ’til I finish my Goodreads Reading Challenge 2018. (June 2018)

Bob Haegele:

I too am a blogger, and as I am finding out, it’s a TON of work. I suppose the good thing about this is that it won’t go poof if you don’t put a ton of time in, but at the same time, you get back what you put in. I’ve been working hard and was pumped to have been featured by Rockstar Finance a couple of weeks ago! It’s still hard work, and I’m not suddenly getting millions of views, but that sort of thing is a huge confidence booster! (9th of July 2018)

Wendy Murphy:

After an 18 year teaching career, I have recently retired. I had a lot of mixed feelings about my retirement. I was excited yet uneasy at the same time. I loved being a teacher. The rewards far outweighed any negatives. Somehow though I just knew it was time. I wanted to finish my career on a high note and I did. I’m proud of my accomplishments enriching the lives of the students I taught. Now at the age of 55 I’m ready to being the next chapter in my life. People have said that I’m too young to retire. Actually I’m not! Both my husband and I have worked extremely hard and sacrificed to get to this point. Yay for us! This is my accomplishment and I’m so very happy! (8th of June 2018)

Reading these makes me so happy!! Well done everyone.

Need a little extra batch of happiness? Check out June’s post!

If you’d like to make a submission of your own, all the details are here. The next one will be published on Wednesday, 29th of August.

I love this! We definitely don’t ever take enough time to celebrate all the things big and small we’ve achieved in a month. and it’s so nice to take stock and hear what people are proud of themselves for doing!
