Lots of people love using baking to get into the Christmas spirit. I imagine my attempts would probably be like something from Nailed It on Netflix, but here are some I’d love to recreate if I had the talent, time or patience! In the meantime, I’m happy to stick to just eating them.
Warning: you’re about to feel hungry.
Not only are these scoring all the points for cuteness, but Curly Wurlys as antlers is a fantastic finishing touch! I’m confident kids would go crazy for these.
These are the most incredible cupcakes I’ve ever seen. They’re pretty much works of art in my eyes. Oh, bonus points because they’re entirely edible! Gimme, gimme, gimme.
Santa Hat Cupcakes
The simplistic style of these makes them so charming! I could maybe even manage to rustle up a batch.
If you’re going to make gingerbread cupcakes, you have to go all the way and give the frosting the flavour, too, right?
Melting Snowman Cupcakes
If you plan on baking with little ones this year, these could be a great option to try as they are relatively easy to decorate. Though you may battle with your conscious when it comes to eating them because they’re very cute, I bet they’d taste delicious!
Christmas Tree Cupcakes
Under normal circumstances, I’d have a little whinge about the fact these are not green Christmas trees. However, they are made of chocolate, so that balances things out. Not just any chocolate, either – Hershey’s Kisses and Reese’s peanut butter cups. I’ll take 24.
Christmas Light Cupcakes
Though the technique here is relatively simple, it has a big impact! It’s not something I would have thought of, but the M&Ms work so well as Christmas lights.
